Schad is currently pursuing his MBA through his alma matter.
A Proven leader, skilled in operations management and professional services. Schad is an Experienced Director Of Quality with a demonstrated history of working with military systems and functions. A Strong operations professional with a customer focused directive. Schad has had roles within the Strategic missions, Electronic Warfare and Expeditionary Warfare divisions at Crane.
“I reside in Bedford with my wife Megan and two kids, Campbell and Camden. My wife is an athletic trainer and a respiratory therapist so you will see our whole crew at many local highs school sporting events. We are avid IU, Cincinnati Reds and Dallas Cowboys fans.”
A graduate of Bedford North Lawrence, Johnson University and Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Speaking and Master of Science in Educational Leadership. Troy is currently pursuing his PhD. in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Has worked in multiple levels of defense contracting and educational leadership including Inventory Control and Quality Assurance. Troy is a leader in oral and written communication, management, organization, technology integration, and data analysis.
“I grew up in Lawrence County and have been a Monroe County resident for 10 years. My family and faith are the most important aspects of my life. I married my high school sweetheart, Rachel. We have 2 children- Brandt is a sophomore at Wabash College majoring in Economics and Digital Media. Sadly, our daughter Abigail died of SCA in December 2019- since then we have started a 501(c)3 called Lovedwell, Inc. to provide support for others dealing with grief and trauma.”
